Remnarca ¶

Remnarca is a city of continuity rather than glory. When the old capitals fell or became unreachable after the Sundering, the remnants of royalty gathered here to preserve governance itself. Built in layered districts of stone, the city visibly records retreat and rebuilding. Power here is administrative and symbolic; Palaces stand beside refugee quarters, and legitimacy is maintained through law, ritual, and memory rather than force. This is the home of the remaining militia that operates across the main settlements.
